La Gialla Brut
The Ribolla Gialla grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of vintage. The grape must is fermented with the Charmat method by a company of the territory.

Made exclusively with grapes from the native vine, the must of Ribolla Gialla remains on the lees for 4 months and is ready for consumption after one month after bottling. The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish hues and maintains a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is subtle and penetrating, offering sensations of white flowers, green apple and crusty bread. The taste has a prevalence of fresh mineral notes and citrus sensations. Ribolla Gialla Brut is great as an aperitif. It is also a perfect wine for the entire meal and excellent to accompany shellfish and seafood dishes.
