RÎUL - 2016
Rîul means water stream in our local language. It is a blend of red wines based on Merlot (60 per cent), combined with Refosco dal peduncolo rosso (20 per cent) and completed with a similar portion of Cabernet Sauvignon. The three grapes are vinified and elevated in French oak barriques separately. Only the final assemblage of the three will give life to our Rîul.
